We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. Orders are subject to the availability of Products. In the event that the Products are or become unavailable, we will notify you by email
Payments can be made by Paypal or by bank transfer. We do not store credit card details or share customer details with third parties.
All hire orders exceeding £10.00 require a booking deposit of £10.00 which will be deducted from the final hire invoice.
A damage deposit of £50.00 in cash or cheque (guaranteed) will be due at the time of delivery of the equipment.
The damage deposit will be returned to the customer upon delivery of the Equipment to us, subject to the equipment being in the condition that it was at the time of delivery. If any equipment has been lost or damaged then deductions will be made accordingly. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the overall cost of replacement of the goods then the customer will be liable for the additional sums due.
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a booking deposit.
We are able to deliver the equipment to postcodes: HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA6 and HA7 (although will consider areas outside of these postcodes)
- Deliver the equipment at the time agreed during the booking
- Arrange it where you want it to be
The equipment is not weatherproof! If any of the equipment is set up outside they must immediately be moved to a covered or indoor area if it rains
Collection of Equipment
Please see the Delivery Information page. We will usually arrange a collection time at the time of booking or at the time we deliver the Equipment. If we are unable to collect the Equipment on the day of hire it is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment is safe over night. If we arrive to collect the Equipment at an agreed time and it is not available for any reason we may charge for continued hire of the Equipment and/or charge you for arranging recollection.
Amendments to your booking (partial cancellations)
If you need to amend your booking please email or phone us as soon as possible. If you inform us any time before the day of delivery there will be no charge for the items taken off your booking. If you inform us on the day of delivery the items taken off the booking will still be subject to a 50% hire charge.
Cancellation and refund policy
If you need to cancel your booking you must let us know by email of phone as soon as possible. If you inform us at least 7 days before the date the Equipment is due to be delivered or collected then we will refund any deposits and payments in full. Please see below for further information about cancellation charges.

- At least 7 days before delivery No charge, all payments refunded to you
- 2 to 6 days before delivery 20% of the total cost
- The day before delivery 50% of the total cost
- On the day of delivery 100% of the total cost
We reserve the right to retain the booking deposit where necessary and will send an invoice for any balance owed due to late cancellation.
If you have paid in full we will issue any necessary refunds.
Jurisdiction And Applicable Law
Contracts for the purchase of Products and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law.
